Luego de una multitudinaria Asamblea General en el portón tres de la
empresa, las trabajadoras y trabajadores Sidor decidieron trancar los
accesos a la planta, cortar la circulación vehicular de la autopista de
Puerto Ordaz - Ciudad Bolívar como una medida de presión, que busca
acabar de una vez por toda con unos de los regímenes de explotación
laboral más bárbaros que existe en Venezuela y de América Latina.
Las trabajadoras y trabajadores cansados de que se les pague salario de
hambre, se les irrespete sus derechos laborales y que se les obligue a
trabajar en las peores condiciones laborales que puedan existir,
salieron a protestar y a pedir que esta empresa, que fue comprada al
Estado por la empresa imperialista Ternium, en el periodo de la Cuarta
República, sea renacionalizada. A grito de “Renacionalización ya”, de
“basta de que el imperio se lleve nuestro acero y la nación tenga que
comprar acero en el exterior a precios internacionales”, las
trabajadoras y trabajadores empezaron a quemar cauchos y trancar todas
las vías cercanas a esta factoría.
Hoy las trabajadoras y trabajadores de Sidor a igual que los
trabajadoras y trabajadores Bolivianos dan ejemplo de lucha y de
vanguardia en la pelea por un socialismo sin transnacionales, por un
socialismo sin patrones, sin burócratas, y sin corruptos. Porque así
como las trabajadoras y trabajadores bolivianos lograron sacar a las
trasnacionales, las trabajadoras y trabajadores sidoristas sacaran a la
transnacional Termium.
Trabajadoras y trabajadores de Venezuela y de todas parte del mundo,
apoya y solidarízate con la lucha por la renacionalización de Sidor.
